Medium Production Press This range comprises of high production presses, which feature jack cylinders with a prefill system for fast closing of the full stroke rams. Shuttles and lower platen are available in all models. With a tonnages ranges from 250 to 565, these presses include strain rod or slab side construction. Shot sizes range from 1178 gm (942 c.c.) to 9425 gm (7540 c.c.). |

Drop door type internal mixers have advance features
to ensure unmatched performance in batch mixing. The batch mixing is
done in four steps i.e. milling, kneading, longitudinal cutback and
lateral overlap. Correct temperature control during all stages results
in high quality compound. The cooling water or steam is circulated
through rotors, drop door and chamber's jacketed walls to maintain
optimum temperature for better mixing. Internal mixers are capable for
high speeds, power and pressures. These machines ensure efficient
mixing, dispersion and blending any elastomer (natural & synthetic
rubber) and plastics (PVC, PE, PP EVA, etc.). Salient Features of
